The dinner buffet was excellent and the beds were really comfy! the view from the room was also super gorgeous, and the location was okay, with easy access to key amenities.
The hotel itself was quite rundown. Several parts of the hotel, including curtains, carpets, door knobs, and the color of the walls, were in need of repair or refurbishing.

The location of the hotel was okay, with a super gorgeous view from the room. the beds were really comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. the F&B staff were friendly, providing excellent service. the room size was humongous, providing ample space for relaxation. the dinner buffet was excellent and the buffet breakfast was pretty good too.
The hotel itself was quite rundown and in need of refurbishment, with broken parts and a slight smell in certain areas.

The Christmas dinner buffet was excellent and the breakfast buffet was pretty good too. The view from our room was super gorgeous with stunning scenery capturing the essence of the Harz region. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. the room size was humongous!
The hotel was quite rundown with broken parts like curtains, door knobs and carpet which could use refurbishing. it was a disappointment since the children’s play room was under construction and this was not clearly communicated beforehand.
